Lagoon Terrace Restaurant

Serves casual relaxed dining serving breakfast from 7:00am to 10:30am, Lunch from 12:00noon to 2:30pm and a daily themed buffet for dinner from 6:00pm to 9:30pm, with live cultural entertainment, ensures a pleasurable dining experience. It is the perfect place to start and end the day.

Wild Ginger – Asian Fusion Restaurant

A complete refurbishment and one million dollar upgrade of the former Tam Tam restaurant, now reopened as Wild Ginger. With a seating capacity of a little over 100, guests have a choice of air-conditioned indoor dining or outdoor dining with views of the resort's landscaped gardens and Erakor Lagoon. An open exhibition kitchen features two Tepanyaki grills, sushi bar, wok station, and char grill. Specialties such as traditional stir-fries, spicy noodle dishes, as well as Vanuatu's world renowned char grilled Santo beef are offered. All are available and lots more from Wild Ginger's seasonal changing 'a la carte' menu. The menu is a fusion of the freshest local produce, with a select range of up-market imported ingredients, creating a combination of unique flavors from various parts of the culinary world. Pool Grill

Enjoy a favourite BBQ grill or garden salad for lunch any day of the week. Open from 12:00noon until 2:30pm. Snack Menu is available from 2:30pm-6:00pm daily.

Pool Bar

Laze around the pool and enjoy a thirst quenching cocktail. Open daily from 10:00am to 11:00pm.

The Lobby Bar

Breezy open seating offers a perfect venue for a refreshing drink. Open daily from 10:00am to 12 Midnight.

Room Service

In-room dining is available from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily.

5,200 Vatu per person per day for:

- 1 X Pool Grill lunch or Buffet where applicable.

- 1 X Theme Buffet dinner OR 3,000 Vatu food credit per person is applicable at Wild Ginger with 1 X complimentary glass of our house red or white wine at dinner.

- Applicable to 14 years and over.

- Non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangable.

- Not applicable during the festive season special meals (Christmas & New Year's Eve).
